Boots Colleague Discount – Lifetime Member Registration
You can use this form to register your Advantage Card details to redeem colleague discount for yourself and your optional second user.
Pre-conditions: You must already possess your own Advantage Card and, if you have a second user, they must also have their own Advantage Card. You must not share Advantage Cards with anyone else or attempt to register a card that belongs to someone else. Each Advantage Card must be registered in your (or your second user’s) name. If your card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, follow the instructions here for the UK and here for Ireland.
Once you have completed the form, if you provide an email address you will receive an update on your registration – please don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive anything after 24 hours. For anything you cannot complete using this form, please contact the HR Admin team using the details from your letter.
Important: You will need to have registered by the deadline to ensure uninterrupted access to your discount both online and in store. Deadlines are 17th August 2026 for Ireland and 14th September 2026 for the UK. After these dates, you won't receive online discount unless you complete this registration and ensure your Advantage Card is linked to your online account. Physical discount cards can still be used in store but will be phased out from October.
